All you really need is the indoor one, and a huge garden. You can pretty much build your own outdoor kitchen, just requires a lot of time and probably hiring people to help with the more technical stuff. I lucked out because one of my neighbors at my current house (The one I'm moving from later on) is a professional, and helped me for free (I just paid for parts). I think it was more self interest... He always got to come by for food when I was cooking .
yeah that is kind of what we figured, we would build our own in the new place Once we get that far, right now we are goign through the nightmare of preparing the house to sell, and so on.
