I know you two are extremely busy at this point but how about creating your basic add-on's which are mostly used out there by many people . Something like Latest Threads on sidebar /post on sidebar and other several options are out there . Expand your framework probably and make one of it's feature or different framework that works flawlessly with your skins .
There are already two sidebar blocks for Threads: "Thread Starter" and "Thread Participants". There are also a few more features that are planned later on for the framework, but will not make it until Spring due to Onimua's time restraints.
Well i seen few add-ons out there in xf ofcourse by genious people but seems like they are already discontinued . I am looking for something /someone who can be trusted and their support for their works .
http://xenfluence.com will probably have the best add-ons (They're close to release on a lot of work).
Forsaken drafted me into working with Xenique on building the code for the framework. I don't foresee making enhancements beyond loose style-related things, similar to the sidebar options that display on threads. As long as Xenique continues development of their styles, the framework add-on will continue to be supported and developed. Other stand-alone add-ons are definitely not what they do here (unless Kim plans to, of course), and while I am involved with the framework here, it doesn't make sense for a styling business to also go into the add-on business too, especially when I'm working on an add-on business that will be launching in full soon. There's several add-ons we'll be releasing, free and paid, and their sustainability shouldn't be a problem. Xenique for styles, XenFluence for add-ons.
Trying to figure out the who's who, who's doing what, when they're doing it and who's partnered with who (sounds like a 70's swinger setup. ) in xF has been... daunting. heh For instance, I had no idea Onimua was working on the framework here, but knew he was working on XI. Weeee
I do support for XI, and I also help with mockups for designs and a few other things. I'm also doing a custom style for them as a favor to Onimua.
LOL I hope not.. I'm the only girl in the mix Plus we are all happily married/partnered whatever in RL But work wise, we are finding collaborating is very healthy and beneficial for all involved
Which in turn results Xenique getting things too. I think it's a mutualistic relationship we have though you seem to love piling stuff on my side to do. Only because telling you anything is like giving a pyromanic keys to an oil rig.
